What is the Annual Renewal Plan?

The Annual Renewal Plan is a convenient way for you to replenish replacement product for your unit(s). The appropriate quantities of replacement bulbs and cartridges for a typical fly season will be shipped annually.

What is included in the Renewal Plan?

  • Insect Inn™ Ultra I Annual Pack:
    4-60 Day Replacement Cartridges and 1 Replacement UV Lamp

  • Insect Inn™ Ultra II Annual Pack:
    4-60 Day Replacement Cartridges and 2 Replacement UV Lamps

  • Paraclipse® Terminator™ Annual Pack:
    4-60 Day Replacement Cartridges and 2 Replacement UV Lamps

  • Paraclipse® Fly Patrol™ Annual Pack:
    8-30 Day Replacement Cartridges and 1 Replacement UV Lamp

When will I receive the product?

ParaclipseŽ will ship replacement product for your unit(s) the following year, on or about March 15th. Product will be shipped to your shipping address corresponding to the original order. You should receive your product before the start of the typical fly season.

How will I be billed?

By enrolling into the Annual Plan, you are providing your authorization for Paraclipse to apply recurring charges to your valid credit card or debit/check card. Such recurring charges will continue until you or Paraclipse® cancel your Plan. If your original credit card is no longer valid at renewal, Paraclipse® will send you a notice to update your information. Prices will be those in effect at time of shipment.

We reserve the right to change the terms on which we offer the Renewal Plan, as we believe appropriate, including the fees and charges. You have the right to cancel the Plan at any time prior to shipment of the Annual Pack(s) by giving written notice to Paraclipse® at the address listed below.
